Daily Living Support

Our Daily Living support assists participants with the everyday tasks that keep life running smoothly. From personal care and grooming to meal preparation, household cleaning, and medication management, we work alongside you to build skills and maintain your independence. Support is available in your own home or in supported accommodation.

Permanency Support Program — families and children

The Permanency Support Program is a NSW and Victorian government-funded initiative that supports children and young people in out-of-home care to achieve permanency — whether through restoration with their family, guardianship, or adoption. POWA Care Connections delivers a range of PSP services with a trauma-informed, culturally responsive approach.

We work intensively with at-risk families to prevent children from entering out-of-home care. Our team provides parenting support, safety planning, practical assistance, and wraparound services to help families stay together safely.
